ליחידת הכספים בארגון מעוז דרוש/ה כלכלן.ית מתחיל.ה
ארגון מעוז פועל לקידום מענה לאתגרים הבוערים הניצבים בפני מדינת ישראל בתחום החברתי-כלכלי, באמצעות בניית רשת של מנהיגים המגיעים מהמגזרים החברתי, הממשלתי והפרטי, ומייצגים קהילות שונות בחברה, אשר פועלים יחד ומובילים יוזמות ושינויים משמעותיים בחברה הישראלית.
בימים אלו אנו מחפשים שחקן/ית צוות, להצטרף אלינו לתפקיד של כלכלן.ית מתחיל.ה, כחלק מצוות הכספים המוכשר שלנו במעוז.
העבודה במשרדי הארגון הממוקמים בלוד, בהיקף של 100% משרה.
העבודה הינה ב% 100 משרה, במשרדי הארגון הממוקמים בלוד (במודל היברידי המשלב עבודה מהמשרדים ומהבית).
תחומי העיסוק במסגרת התפקיד
ניסיון נדרש
• השכלה אקדמית או לקראת סיום תואר ראשון בכלכלה, חשבונאות או מנהל עסקים – חובה.
• שליטה מעולה באקסל (בדגש על Pivot & Vlookup, נוסחאות) - חובה.
• רקע בניתוח נתונים וביצוע בקרות תקציביות.
• ניסיון בעבודה בארגון חברתי – יתרון.
כישורים ומאפיינים נדרשים
• חיבור לחזון ולמשימה של מעוז.
• חשיבה כלכלית ויכולות אנליטיות – ראייה מערכתית רחבה, יכולת ניתוח נתונים והסקת מסקנות מתוך נתונים רבים ומגוונים.
• דיוק, יסודיות והקפדה על פרטים בסביבה הכוללת עבודה עם נתונים מרובים.
• יכולת לנוע בין רמת המקרו לרמת המיקרו – יכולת לראות את התמונה הגדולה לצד תשומת לב ו"החזקה" של הפרטים הקטנים.
• יחסי אנוש מצוינים בדגש על יכולות של תקשורת וביסוס אמון.
• נכונות לעבודה בקצב מהיר ובסביבה משתנה- חריצות, גמישות, מהירות תגובה, ויכולת לשמור על גישה חיובית אל מול שינויים תדירים.
• תפיסה שירותית גבוהה- בדגש על עבודה מול גורמים בכירים, פנים וחוץ ארגוני.
• סבלנות וגמישות – בעבודה למול ממשקים בירוקרטיים חוץ ארגוניים.
• מוטיבציה גבוהה ונכונות לתפקיד תובעני ומאתגר.

MAOZ is an all-Israeli platform for trust-based leadership, systemic thinking, and cross-sector collaboration working together to shape a better future for Israel. MAOZ operates under the "Atudot Le’Israel" government decision (2016), and is engaged in partnerships with various government ministries as well as philanthropic organizations from Israel and around the world.
MAOZ is a platform for a growing Network of 1,200 senior, diverse, and influential leaders from across Israeli society, working together to strengthen the Israel public systems and socio-economic resilience in one of the most challenging times in Israel.
MAOZ Network members include CEOs, mayors, directors-general, and executives from government, local authorities, business, and civil society - representing all sectors and populations.
The leaders join MAOZ through a highly meticulous admission process and undergo intensive, transformative leadership programs. These programs strengthen their leadership, deepen their understanding of Israeli society, and equip them to navigate complex, systemic challenges.
As part of the Network, members continue to learn and collaborate across sectors - launching and leading initiatives that drive meaningful systemic changes in health, education, employment, local government, welfare, and rehabilitation of the South and the North of Israel.
