4. 业务计划/组织:根据公司下达的销售指标,分解、制订、执行、完成业务单元内分城市/渠道的年度、季度、月度销售指标;
5. 沟通/协调能力:与销售部各项目经理、区域经理紧密沟通,以得到最优化的资源来达成公司要求的目标。
6. 资源管理:合理合规使用公司各项资源以达成相关目标。
7. 竞品信息收集反馈。
