市场管培生介绍：
本岗位是市场管培生专项，旨在培养市场复合型人才和专家型人才。学生入职后会先从某个具体的方向开始历练1~2年，2年后会推动部分优秀人才进行轮岗（可以选择继续深耕本领域-成长为专家，也可以选择转岗到跨岗位/跨部门/跨区域-成长为管理者）。为了方便学生根据自己的兴趣特长选择起点岗位，我们罗列了若干个具体的方向，请慎重选择自己感兴趣的方向。
具体岗位方向介绍：市场管培生-海外社媒运营方向（无人机业务）
1、Identify social media influencers/creators/local rental business to promote Insta360 products and brand within though social media influencers and athletes. Develop the network of creators. Maintain relationships with high quality creators.
2、Work with creators on short videos for Insta360 own socials and long form videos
3、Support various overseas campaigns, including but not limited to new product launches, sales events, hashtag campaigns, short viral videos.
4、Others like data analysis, project coordination and admin support.职位要求1、Bachelor's degree or above.
2、Proficiency in English verbal and written communication is desirable.
3、A strong understanding of Western culture/Gen-Z culture.
4、Working and studying abroad experience is a plus.Solid understanding of Instagram and Tik Tok; Have a good sense of trending content.Experience in working with EN creators is a bonus.
5、Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, ensuring speed to market whilst maintaining quality of work. 投递
