销售经理-同盟业务(华中)武汉全职市场销售类职位描述Base:武汉
1、渠道开发:负责智能零售业务指定区域内中小运营商的开拓、筛选、签约。
2、销售目标:通过对渠道伙伴的赋能与管理,完成区域季度/年度销售与回款任务。
3、赋能与支持:为渠道伙伴提供产品、技术、销售及市场培训;协助其进行客户攻关和项目落地。
4、渠道管理:制定并执行区域渠道政策,维护渠道秩序,激发渠道活力。
5、市场活动:策划并组织区域市场推广活动,提升品牌在区域市场的知名度。职位要求1、工作经验:大专及以上学历,3年以上相关行业渠道销售经验,有成熟的区域渠道资源网络。有售货机行业销售经验、品牌特通渠道经验、硬件厂家销售经验、TOB业务销售经验者优先。
2、能力要求:
- 出色的渠道开拓与商务谈判能力。
- 优秀的培训、赋能技巧与方案呈现能力。
- 具备数据分析和市场规划能力,能独立经营区域市场。
- 熟悉渠道管理中的财务、物流等基础运作。
- 强大的内外部资源协调与项目管理能力。
- 精通复杂销售流程,能驾驭长决策周期、多干系人的销售项目。
