【工作內容】
1.系統設計與開發： 主導系統模組的設計與實作，解決高併發、資料一致性與分散式交易等複雜技術難題
2.架構規劃與技術決策： 參與系統架構選型，評估新技術導入的可行性，並制定技術標準與開發規範
3.程式碼審查與品質控管： 負責 Code Review，確保團隊程式碼符合設計模式、資安規範與最佳實務，提升整體程式品質
4.效能調校與系統優化： 針對資料庫查詢、API 響應時間及系統資源使用進行深度分析與優化，解決效能瓶頸
5.指導與技術傳承： 擔任技術導師，指導初階工程師解決問題，定期舉辦技術分享，提升團隊整體技術戰力
6.DevOps 與流程改善： 優化 CI/CD 部署流程，推動自動化測試與監控機制的建立，提升開發效率與系統穩定性
