Job Description

岗位职责:

  • 负责制定区域连锁药店的销售策略,带领团队完成销售目标;
  • 与连锁客户建立深度合作关系,推动项目在总部和门店的高效执行;
  • 持续探索零售渠道创新,提升公司产品在连锁门店的覆盖率;
  • 建设和管理专业零售团队,培养和发展人才,确保团队合规运营。

任职要求:

  • 本科及以上学历,管理、医学、药学、市场营销等相关专业优先;
  • 10年以上处方药零售管理经验,7年以上团队管理经验优先;
  • 熟悉国内医药市场及相关政策,具备较强的业务分析和沟通能力;
  • 具备优秀的领导力和合规意识。
