* Провежда срещи с клиенти като вниква в техните нужди чрез проучвателни въпроси (Активни продажби) и обиколка из магазина.
* Използва всички необходими помощни средства (списания за декорация/дизайн, каталози на ИКЕА, Pinterest, общи решения за план на магазина), предлагайки решения, които са подходящи за клиента.
* Комуникира дизайна с отдел „Продажби“ за получаване на финансово предложение, уведомява клиента и насрочва следващата среща.
* Ако офертата бъде приета, придвижва на поръчката, уведомява клиента за процеса на нейното изпълнение.
* Съдейства на останалите отдели, за да може по време на работа на магазина помещенията на отдела да са винаги спретнати, добре поддържани и оборудвани с всичко необходимо, и готови да посрещнат своите клиенти, служители и посетители.
