Key responsibilities 重要职责

1. 确保项目指标达成：深度了解辖区内外部环境和行业动态。与商业伙伴建立深度合作关系，有效项目管理以达成广阔市场项目业绩指标

Manage business and achieve project targets: understand regional internal and external market environment, and trend of pharma industry. Establish deep cooperation with distributors to efficiently manage broad market project and fulfill project target.

2. 合作伙伴管理：对商业伙伴进行月度和季度回顾。了解市场情况，确保诺和诺德与商业伙伴有清晰的职责分工，并确保各自行为符合约定的合规标准。

Partner management: establish partnership with qualified distributors on broad market project and implement monthly and quarterly business review and project training. Clearly understand role and responsibilities of Novo Nordisk and distributors, and make sure activities of both parts are in line with agreed compliance standard.

3. 根据策略组织区域学术推广活动：响应商务部策略，协调内外部资源组织学术推广活动以提升HCPs对公司和品牌的知晓度。借助分销商确保目标客户参会，最大范围覆盖目标医生。定期汇报项目进展和后续业务计划。
4. Organize academic promotion activities: coordinate internal and external resources to organize promotion activities to raise awareness and SOV of NN products in broad market. Leverage distributors to reach target HCPs and enlarge HCPs coverage.
5. Regularly review the project and formulate next step action plan. 合规运营：监管项目相关流向数据，保证分销商销售流向数据真实及合规运营

Compliant operation：supervise project relative sales flow, ensure distributors sales flow authenticity and compliant operations.

Education教育背景

• 医学、药学、市场营销等专业本科及以上学历

Experience经验

• 5年以上药品销售经验或渠道管理经验，具有项目管理经验，

• 熟悉了解国内医药市场、了解国家医药相关政策
