Key responsibilities 重要职责
•
掌握零售门店终端的市场环境变化,带领团队完成所负责区域门店的销售任务
•
制定区域行动计划,明确团队工作标准及要求,合理分配资源,持续探索零售渠道创新项目,驱动团队高质量完成区域活动计划
•
与区域零售关键客户经理、头部连锁关键客户经理团队密切合作,确保连锁总部项目在门店的执行
•
打造具有赢的文化且强大专业的零售团队,保留并发展人才,并确保所有行动符合NN之道及其他相关合规指南和公司规定
Qulifications 任职资格
•
管理、医学、药学、市场营销等专业本科及以上学历
Experience 经验
•
4年以上处方药零售管理经验
•
2年以上团队管理经验优先
•
熟悉了解国内医药市场及国家医药相关政策,较强的业务分析诊断能力
•
有一定的领导能力
•
具备良好的合规意识
