With five core locations worldwide, Easygenerator is growing quickly and we believe that our success comes from our people. Due to this growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruiting across the Americas region and hire our next generation of superstars.

The opportunity:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role within the Talent Acquisition team, overseeing the recruitment process, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and implementing innovative strategies to attract high-caliber candidates across the Americas region.

As an Easygenerator Talent Acquisition Specialist you will:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending offers and onboarding new hires.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and implement successful sourcing strategies
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions tailored to specific position requirements
  • Build qualified candidate pipelines for our Sales recruitment, by qualifying candidates through phone screens.
  • Actively search for and engage potential candidates through a diverse array of resources, such as social media, internal databases, job boards, networking, online searches, and events
  • Maintain accurate databases of potential and current candidates within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide high-quality data for influencing our hiring strategies
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.

Qualifications

Our ideal Talent Acquisition Specialist will have:

  • 2+ years of experience as an in-house recruiter or agency recruiting. Candidates with a Sales recruitment background will be preferred
  • Experience recruiting in the Americas region
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar databases
  • You have strong knowledge of various sourcing tools and methodologies
  • A proactive and creative approach to candidate sourcing with strong negotiation and time management skills
